Thank you for the high participation in this vote! We want to bring you the community that YOU desire.  The July 2022 community votes are completed and taking next steps toward providing these upgrades: 

Financial Health: DONE -Save $85k toward tree trimming, painting reserve and additional funding to largest operating expenses

Game Court: DONE - Tennis Court + Pickleball + Basketball 

Pool Deck: DONE - Replace original pavers with large format concrete pavers

Pool Furniture: DONE Replace existing furniture accessories and additional umbrellas

Pool Building: DONE- Repaint, sidewalk lighting, refresh bathrooms, update lighting & fans, new roof

Pool Landscaping: DONE- Remove saw palmetto palms against blg, use planter bed for decorative ornamentals and color pops

Benches: DONE - In place (Tot lot & near bocce court)

Trees:  (added in summer) Five buttonwoods planted for future visual enjoyment & shade 

Bocee Court: Added in summer via second vote

Pedestrian and Vehicle gate: Now an eclosed community

Signage: New sign package for primary monuments as well as all interior signs

Landscaping and Lighting: New sign landscaping and lighting installed at both entrances
