For West entrance & East entrance - Resident Lane. Transponders are small stickers that are applied to the interior windshield. Transponder readers are located at each resident entrance in the center island and will read your vehicle tag upon approach and open.

No, when you remove the sticker, it will no longer work

No, transponders are for residents only with vehicle registration, please offer

Guest Entrance Call Box
How it works:
- Visitor/ Vendor arrives at guest entrance
- Using the call box directory they scroll to your name and press call/dial
- Call box rings your phone, you answer and can speak to them
- To admit: Press 9 from your phone keypad
- You will hear "beep beep beep" when the gate opens

Sign into the Owners portal and update your details.
- I have a care provider/ family member that need access to my property when I cannot answer or need a temporary vendor code for your property?
You can request a bypass pin number that is unique to your home
- What about utilities or deliveries?
Vendors, City services and professional deliveries (Amazon, US Mail, Fedex)
have their own vendor codes with date/ time restrictions for entry.
