FYI- Next Painting is estimated for spring of 2025. 

 

Below are the color combinations that the Community used for the home/ trim colors for the 2017 painting.  Most color combinations can be used for either a trim OR house color so you have several choices!

 FAQ's:  

  • As in prior years, if a neighboring home has already selected their color with the committee, that choice is not available for your home so please have an alternate selection ready, just in case.                                   Remember you can reverse the colors!
  • Gutters are included in the painting and will be painted the homes selected colors
  • Fences are included-both sides
  • East and South wall paint color is Ivory Tusk
