What are the savings for Community Improvements?

 

Included in the Pulte Homes offer are New Entrance Signs at both entrances, New Gates at both entrances, New Gate Software, at both entrances, and Fencing enclosing Sherwood Forest. 

 

  • Entrance signs: With or without Pulte we need new entrance signs.  A few members recently priced out replacement signs and the cost to replace what we have (not even to upgrade our look) is $12k - $15k.  To upgrade our signage brings the total closer to $20k. 

 

  • Gate Hardware:  Instead of having gate arms, we could have actual gates.  This would reduce gate breaks from wayward drivers saving money and time and,    

 

  • Gate Software:  Current software has several limitations. With new software we hope to be able to have a better quality guest experience and be able to de-provision access once someone moves out of the community.    Estimated cost $40-$50k

 

  • Full Community Enclosure:  Currently anyone can access our community on foot at either entrance or between the townhomes.  Pulte will provide additional fencing to close those gaps at each end,  and behind the townhomes.  It is only with a partnership with them that we can offer this additional enclosure.
