What will Sherwood Forest HOA do with $400k?

Included in the Pulte Homes offer is a payment to the SFHOA.  If you have attended a recent board meeting or looked at the financials you can see there are wide variety of expenditures in running the community. We all want Sherwood to be a nice place to call home and enjoy the community offerings.

This is a unique offer to upgrade and refresh our community without putting that financial burden on the homeowners.  The current board will conduct a survey to collect community suggestions and to establish priorities.  Only after community input will the allocation of any funds be determined.

It is our shared allocation and you can help determine where this should be applied!
