John Colasacco, President
My name is John Colasacco, my wife is Lina and our dog is Felix. We have been part of the Sherwood community for the past 8 years. I have been President of our association for the last 3 years and would like to continue serving on the board.
Three years ago I mentioned that I would try to implement: More transparency between the board and community - Follow Roberts Rules at meetings - Distribute a monthly board agenda with financials - Manage our community with fiscal responsibility - Institute a time at the end of all board meetings for the owners to discuss old and new business. I believe this board has achieve those objectives. As we enter an exciting new year with the Pulte transaction imminent, I would like to finish what we have started. I look forward to your support.

Anthony Orlando, Vice President
My name is Anthony F Orlando and my wife, Linda and I move here from New York. From the very first moment we entered the community, we knew this was going to be our home. This community has lived up to every expectation we had.
I was a former Home Improvement business owner, currently employed for past 15 years as an In-Home sales consultant for a national home improvement store. I bring a great deal experience in home improvement general knowledge and business management. I was an active member in a prior HOA in a residence in New York giving me experience on the balance of productivity, fiscal responsibility and compromise.
I want to be part of the future direction and guidance to maintain this community. We currently have an outstanding team with the current board members and would be honored to work with them as part of their team. We have survived a very challenging year on many fronts, yielding many changes to come. The upcoming year will present its own challenges and opportunity that will require time and effort to oversee. I want to contribute my time and experience to keep this community as beautiful and secure in the future.

My wife Stephanie and I have lived in Sherwood Forest for over six years and have skills that would be helpful on the board, including having been a general contractor, business owner, and many years of experience working with insurance companies involving residential and commercial restoration.
Currently, I manage the operational support for a company with 400 US offices. I understand the importance of fiscal responsibility and contract negotiations. I want to help the board provide excellent services and support for all Sherwood Forest homeowners.

Sharla Ryals, Secretary
Hello Neighbors, This is a unique time in the history of Sherwood Forest as our community is changing around us. As we create our future community I propose using polls and a collective process to ensure everyone has the opportunity to contribute input. Together we will build our future Forest. We need to work from one road map with a shared destination.
Over the years I have been a key contributor to many processes including document updates, resident registration, gate transponder implementation, architectural guidelines and coordinating landscape committees. I facilitated formalizing the updated architectural menu to provide clarity of expectations while providing some much-needed choices to update our visual appearances and modernization.
I work in Human Resources and a full time resident of Sherwood Forest. I believe we are neighbors first and have to work together for OUR community.

Amber Pappas, Board Member
I have been a proud owner since 2018 and have thoroughly enjoyed my time here. I have served on the Architectural Committee and would like to continue to grow and be a part of our neighborhood in a meaningful way.
I graduated from Florida State with two Bachelor’s degrees in Finance and HR Management. In 2014, I received my Master's from Georgetown University. Since 2013 I've worked for the federal government in IT. In my spare time, I enjoy being active, coaching girls soccer, traveling, and going to concerts. I'm also the proud fur mom to a 11yr old hound rescue.
I have a strong passion and commitment to volunteering in our community. My goal is to ensure we maintain the beauty, value and appeal of our community for the years to come!

Ron Mandolfi, Board Member
My name is Ron Mandolfi. I am a retired high school math teacher and a nursing home owner. I have lived in Sherwood Forest for 20 years.
During that time I have been on various boards for about 12 years. While on those boards, I was responsible for landscaping, pool, tennis courts and gates. Therefore, I feel my knowledge of these areas will be very important when Pulte begins to build and we upgrade our amenities. I have always worked hard to make Sherwood Forest a first class community. My wife, Stella, and I are year round residents who have called Sherwood Forest home for over 25 years.
