3) Sherwood Admin fee & Gate Tags: Sherwood Application fee is $150 paid directly to Sherwood HOA. At the same time you can purchase gate transponders for vehicles ($25 each). Vehicle information obtained from application above. Make check out and mail to Sherwood Forest HOA /4280 Sherwood Forest Drive/ Delray Beach, Fl 33445
Ask Seller to leave Enclave Amenity Fobs as they are attached to the property (vs owner).
4) Courtesy Intake Meeting:
Your application is submitted and under review! In the meantime one of our volunteer homeowners will contact you to have an intake meeting so you can ask questions and review the community FAQ document.
5) Welcome bag:
Upon arrival to the community, we have a welcome bag containing a printed handout of our FAQ's, Architectural guidelines, your vehicle transponders for the gates and a small gift for your new home.

Sellers
1) Realtor & Gate Access for Showings:
When you sign a listing agreement, you should request a realtor gate code for your listing. Enter a submission to include the Brokerage name, listing agent name, and duration of the listing.
A code will be assigned with day /time parameters. This code can be used in the MLS showing instructions.
2) Under Contract & Estoppel:
Congratulations you are under contract! The title company should request estoppel details from Association Services of Florida.

3) Departure:
Asoscia will update our records effective the closing date.
Vehicle transponder will no longer be active, you can remove and discard. The transponder is not transferable.
Enclave Amenity Entry Fobs should stay with the property or new owner will have to purchase replacement
